WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role is part of a portfolio developing digital products within Digital Marketing & Sales, with a strong focus on online vehicle sales.

You will join the Team Content Hub, an international, cross-functional product team responsible for how content supports and elevates the Porsche customer journey.

The team’s mission is to strengthen the connection between customers, fans, and the Porsche brand by offering relevant and inspiring content. This content is delivered through the Porsche App and the Porsche Stories website, guiding users toward a meaningful next step in their journey to purchase their dream car.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Content Hub product.

In this role, you operate at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, translating complex and often ambiguous challenges into clear product direction. You own the product end‑to‑end: from strategic roadmap decisions to backlog prioritization and measurable outcomes.

You work closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to ensure that every increment delivers tangible value for users and the business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own and continuously evolve the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and portfolio priorities.
  • Translate business goals, user insights, and data into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making informed trade-offs to maximize value delivery.
  • Act as the key product counterpart for engineering, UX/design, data, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and focus.
  • Define, track, and act on product success metrics, using data to guide decisions and validate outcomes.
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to shape product direction.
  • Communicate product decisions, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute at a senior level by driving alignment beyond the team when needed and supporting product excellence across the organization.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, including at least 2 years in a senior role, complemented by experience in roles such as Project Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience delivering web and mobile products across the full product lifecycle.
  • Proven success delivering digital products in an agile environment within a large, scaled organization.
  • Strong command of agile methodologies; Advanced CSPO or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Excellent ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable product requirements.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform prioritization and product decisions.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong user empathy and a genuine passion for building products that solve real problems.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working in a SAFe environment; SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Background in B2C and Customer faced priducts.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and a solid understanding of content strategy and editorial workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in digital products, such as generative AI, content personalization, or recommendation systems, including defining requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking or similar methodologies and experience facilitating discovery workshops, journey mapping, or ideation sessions.
  • Background in UX research or close collaboration with design teams.
  • Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, system architecture, or data pipelines
