Working Student (f/m/d) Human Resources

WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE

  • Support in almost all activities of the core area Human Resources within the chapter People & Culture
  • Independent coordination of the recruiting process for new talents
  • Organization of the onboarding of new employees
  • Participation in HR support of permanent colleagues
  • Taking over administrative processes, e.g. coordination of appointments, general correspondence and other support in day-to-day business
  • Assistance in the preparation of job references or other legally relevant documents
  • Active cooperation in specific projects of the holistic HR management
  • You are responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, support and offboarding of our students
  • Contribution to good teamwork and an efficient process structure

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Studies in economics, business education, business psychology or comparable, ideally with focus on human resources management
  • Initial practical experience in the field of human resources, i.e. through internships or working student activities
  • Confident handling of MS Office as well as knowledge of SAP HR beneficial
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Independent, structured way of working and organizational talent
  • Excellent team and communication skills as well as supportive character
  • Hands-on mentality absolutely necessary
